All you have to do is to dance on the beats of song. It's a enjoyable dance workout. You'll not like it for first few sessions but try to enjoy the dance and soon you will start loving your sessions.
That's my experience, because I've also lost 10kgs with the help of Bodymove/Zumba/Stepboard/bellydance and little bit of dieting also and helps in toning the body.

Previously, I tried dieting on my own without a coach, but it was hard to stay consistent and my weight was difficult to lose. After joining this program and following the coach’s guidance, I managed to lose 6kg within one month. The program is easy to follow, not stressful at all, and the coach is very supportive.
